So this weeks challenge is angular – let’s see if we can come up with an angle on this one.

I’ve a couple of shots for this topic, all of which were taken during some of my Urban Explorations of abandoned places. One of the advantages of using a full frame camera coupled with a wide angle lens is that you can really exaggerate normal angles and make them look more extreme. This counter in an abandoned Military Barracks is a good example.

An angular (en)counter…..

Even a simple corner becomes more angular with the wide angle. This shot is from an abandoned Mental Hospital.

Left or right?

Of course it’s not just straight edges that are angular as can be seen from these twisted rails at an abandoned Mine.

Let me know what you think of my angles…………….
